2020 SAAOG Annual Meeting

We invite you to attend the South Atlantic Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists 2020 Annual Meeting taking place January 25-28, 2020 at The Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC. The 2020 Annual Meeting will provide practicing Ob/Gyns and REI Physicians educational opportunities on new scientific applications and technologic advances.

In addition to the educational offerings, there will be numerous opportunities for attendees to connect with colleagues and network during exhibit hall social functions. The exhibit hall will feature the most prominent industry leaders in the field of Ob/Gyn and REI showcasing their best products and services. *Trainee Rate: Available for those individuals actively enrolled in a graduate or postgraduate training program for obstetrics and gynecology and in full credentialing in their specialized area of medical study. Payment Information

Registration and payment must be received no later than December 31, 2019. By registering for the 2019 SAAOG Annual Meeting, attendee understands and agrees that attendee’s contact information may be shared with other attendees and exhibitors. By allowing an exhibitor to scan the conference badge, attendee understands, agrees and consents to the sharing of attendee's contact information with the company that scanned the conference badge. In addition, by registering for this meeting, you give the SAAOG the right to publish all photos, videos, etc. taken at this meeting.

Cancellation: Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. A written notice of cancellation must be received no later than December 31, 2019. This includes social events and guest fees. There will be a $100 fee for all cancellations. No registration refunds will be issued after December 31, 2019.
